Terrific location. Very comfortable large room. Despite being street-facing and in the center of town it was very quiet, street noise did not intrude. The restaurant was not open for dinner but they served some of the same menu items in the bar and they were very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent, great selection of hot, cold, fruit, bread and pastries, juices, local specialties. Public parking garage is right underneath the hotel with direct access.

Location is great. The hotel has a direct access to the public parking. Staff is very friendly and gave very good recommendation for a flamenco show. Room is comfortable, clean and quiet but very disappointing. You can choose to have either your room done or free drinks at the bar. Breakfast is fabulous with a large choice of food. We highly recommend churros with chocolate cream and salmorejo.

Beautiful hotel in good location for everything in Granada. Staff overall very good, helpful, pleasant but some apparent mis communication between reception desk and restaurant. We were told restaurant was open on our final evening and it was actually closed as there was a large group booking. Two staff on reception didn't know this. All the menu was available in the bar area. However what was described isn't what we received regarding one item. The food was overall very good but some items pricey ...patatas bravas are chunks of roasted potato with spicy sauce and garlic mayonnaise ..we were served a portion of chips with some mayonnaise. We accepted it. However a bit more attention on this type of thing would have moved the review to excellent. Not a major thing, would use again and would recommend. The decor and level of cleanliness and general ambience is exceptional.

The location is perfect.... it's the best you can ask for in granada. The staff are very friendly welcoming and helpful ... Special thanks to nacho at the reception. The facility is very chic and historic yet very clean and well maintained. We got upgraded for being the guest of the day to a sweet, and it was the best stay during our hall trip The parking is right down the hotel. Every attraction in granada is within walking distance from the hotel The hotel offers plenty of complementary treats and drinks within the reception area, which was a very nice gesture

Location excellent, everything within easy walking distance, and staff very cheerful and helpful. Great walk-in shower and nice toiletries. Welcome chocolate nice touch too

Location is exception. The room was comfortable and clean with fresh water provided and coffee and tea. Unfortunately the breakfast served was a bit late, especially on sundays (08h30), but as I informed the reception, they provided me with a lunch box prior to my departure.

Brilliant location for the main attractions and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Taxi rank in easy reach. Rooms are clean and spacious and very soundproof with spacious bathroom (Superior Room). Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Good AC in working order.

We loved the free drinks vouchers you get when you opt not to have your room turned over. It was a shame the bar was closed though, but we could have the drink in the restaurant instead. Location was super-central and the windows EXTREMELY sound proofed to the point we couldn't hear anything despite it being a busy road. Air conditioning was very quiet and worked well. Breakfast was very good but pretty expensive.

Hotel has perfect central location for everyone who wants to spend few days in Granada. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, underground parking (accessible from hotel lobby), pet friendly (as all NH Hotels) .. We were really happy to spend 4 nights in NH Collection Victoria. Definitely, we will be glad to stay here next time (even if to have some skiing days mixed together with sightseeing ... it was 45 minutes to get to Sierra Nevada skiing resort, well, well, central location has its small drawbacks when you need to go out of the city... but it's not a big problem). But for sightseeing and visiting Granada Alhambra, Cathedral, bars , restaurants, etc.. - it's perfect!

The hotel has a great location, right in the center and within walking distance of most that there is to see in Granada. Rooms were a bit small, but functional with comfortable beds. Shower had great pressure, but water escaped quite easily to the rest of the bathroom.
